$60.00?????

I coasted into the gas station on fumes yesterday when I stopped to fill up on gas. $60 to fill the tank?? NUTS! Then last night I went out with my two friends in BRF to celebrate (or wallow in our sorrow) that the nicest bar in town was open for its last night of business. Jeron introduced me to one of his co-workers, Carl, an English teacher from the high school and later mentioned that he had dated someone famous once. When I inquired who this famous person was, Jeron told me Carl dated Deana Carter when he lived in Nashville 20 years ago. Are you kidding me? I love singing Deana Carter songs at karaoke. In fact, I just did last week in Tomah at the bownling alley's karaoke night. What an exciting life I lead! This is the only thing I have to write about from this past week. I started back to work one week ago tomorrow, and I have already put in almost 70 hours of work. Good to be back? Yeah, mostly. Except for that whole work and responsibility thing. Hahaha!
